This is such a lovely and special item! I was looking for a perfect way to record a message from my grandad to my mum and this plushy was just perfect! It's so easy to use and the quality of the plushy is amazing; super soft and 100% huggable. It was delivered super quickly and I was informed of every step of the way even without asking. Thank you so much!
